NASCAR team owner Rick Hendrick said today he has no plans to remove Tony Eury Jr. as Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s crew chief despite Earnhardt's slow start this season."Right now Tony Jr. is our guy," Hendrick told reporters in a conference call. "I'm 100% behind this group. I have no intentions of making any [personnel] changes."
